1. Monthly Bookkeeping (We’ll even come by and pick up your statements, paperwork, receipts, etc., and return with a completed record for your review. No muss, no fuss, and definitely no errors.)
2. Quarterly Reporting, including profit and loss statement and balance sheet to detail where your company stands financially. You need to know where you are so you can tell if you’re going to get where you’re going or not. Waiting until year-end to get a clear financial picture of your business is a gamble and it can be an expensive one.
3. Quarterly Meeting to go over with you what is reported on quarterly basis along plus go over any questions, help you make planning or financial decisions, and generally making sure your business is on track.
4. Tax Planning, specifically after the 2nd and 3rd quarters, to go over necessary measures to help reduce tax burdens.
5. Prepare your small business state and federal taxes, plus any corporation returns, etc., and go over those with you to answer any questions or address future issues.
